We’ve officially landed in one of the most vibrant times of the year—longer days, blooming possibilities, and fresh chances to align with what matters most. Taurus season invites us to root deeply and build steadily, and I’m embracing that spirit both personally and professionally.
This month, I’m celebrating another trip around the sun, soaking in quality time with my family, and reflecting on the growth that’s happening all around us—especially here in the Bay Area. May’s market is sending mixed signals. Inventory is up sharply from last year, price reductions are unusually high for spring, and the absorption rate has dipped—but open houses remain active. Some homes linger despite early interest, while move-in ready properties in prime locations, priced right and outside high fire-risk zones, are still drawing multiple offers.
