🏆 Our team was recently ranked in the Top 1.5% of Real Estate Teams nationwide by RealTrends in its 2025 report, recognizing 2024’s top performers! I couldn’t let this accomplishment pass without honoring the journey. When I stepped into the Operations role in 2018, we were a mighty team of two with a big vision. Over time, I helped build the infrastructure, systems, and culture to support measurable growth, high-volume transactions, and—most importantly—people.

Through intentional process design and scalable operations, we created a space where agents (including myself) could not only close deals but build their careers and truly fly. A culture where progress didn’t mean burnout, and where high standards became the norm.While I transitioned out of that role earlier this year to pursue my next chapter, I carry the lessons, leadership, and love for well-run, high-impact operations into every opportunity I touch.
